When we have your consent
In most cases, we can only keep hold of your information when you’ve given us permission. For example, when you give us your information directly – either through email, direct mail or over the phone.
When we’re contractually obliged
In some instances, we need your personal data to comply with our contractual obligations. For example, if we are to be performing at an event, we need to add your information to a quote or an invoice so we can carry out the work.
How and why do we collect your data?
If we’ve ever worked with you, we will have added your details to our account system, either to put a quote or an invoice together. Occasionally, we might store estimates and other bits of work on a Google Drive account – for example, if we’re working remotely.
When you use our website, it stores information on when you’ve logged in and where from, as well as what you’re looking at while you’re here. This helps us understand browsing patterns, so we can make the site better for you.
We would never share this data with anyone else. We only use the information you give us to make sure you’re getting the best customer service possible.
Cookies are small text files that make your browsing experience better. When you visit a site, a cookie is downloaded to your device. So on your next visit, it will ‘remember’ you, and may vary the content shown each time you visit. Or it may automatically fill in your name and address in text fields.
